Race Packet Pick-Up

Please pick up your packet early for best selection of T- shirt sizes. We cannot guarantee or reserve a specific size for you even though it is asked for on the registration form.  T-shirts typically do run out on Race Day so try to attend a pre-registration event.

Packet Pick-Up & Walk-Up Registration for Individuals
We encourage all participants to pick up your race packets and T-shirts at any of the walk-up registration sites.

In order for you to pick up your pre-assigned race bib at the packet pick-up on Friday, September 24th, you MUST register online by midnight on WEDNESDAY, Sept. 22nd.  On-line regsitration will close at that time and after the 22nd, you must regsiter in person at our Pre-registration event on Friday, the 24th or on Race morning.   Walk-in regstrations will be assigned a bib number at that time.

Please note that all 5K Competitive (Timed) Race participants will have a timing chip assigned to them to wear on Race Day.  These are disposible and do not need to be returned.

Dates & Locations for 2010 (tentative) 

Saturday, August 28th - 9 am to 5pm.  Race registration and t-shirt pick up at Norton Pines Athletic Club located at 1350 Judson Rd., Spring Lake, MI 49456.

Friday, September 3rd - 9 am to 5pm. Race registration and t-shirt pick up at Forest Hills Foods located at 4668 Cascade Rd., Grand Rapids, MI 49546.

Saturday, September 4th - 10am to 5 pm.  Race registration and t-shirt pick-up at Gazelle Sports located at 24 West Eighth Street, Holland, MI 49423.

Saturday, September 11th - 10 am to 5pm. Race registration, bib, and t-shirt pick-up at RiverTown Crossings Mall 2nd floor food court area.

Saturday, Sept. 18th - 9 am to 5 pm. Race registration, bib, chip, and t-shirt pick-up at New Balance Grand Rapids at 4459 Ivanrest SW, Grandville, MI 49418.

Friday, Sept. 24th -10am to 8 pm. Race registration, bib, T-shirt and chip pick-up at RiverTown Crossings Mall Food court 2nd floor.

Saturday, Sept. 25th - Race Day Registration 6:00 am to 8 am in the RiverTown Crossings Mall Food Court. Prices are increased.

Packet Pick-Up for Teams

Team Packet Pick-up will be held by appointment on Saturday, September 11th ONLY at RiverTown Crossings Mall.  Team members must be registered on-line by Wednesday, September 8th in order to be included in the pick-up. To make an appointment, e-mail teams@komengr.org.
